Woman You Are Special!
These sessions are about making our female staff members more aware of and well-prepared for any untoward situation they might face in their day-to-day lives.
Women are taught various techniques to: guard themselves against any physical attack, improve their reaction time, free themselves quickly from grabs and strike in various ways to give it back.
The idea is to help women create a state of mind wherein they feel confident about their ability to take care of themselves, under any circumstance. Our female staff members who’ve taken these sessions expressed having felt more empowered and less fearful. They come out with a more sense of freedom!
Sexual Harassment Committee
We don’t take sexual harassment lightly. This committee functions as an ear to all the female staff at Admiral Technologies. It works as an assurance for women that they’re being looked after and can safely do their jobs. The committee is chaired by a woman staff member and four other female committee members from the Admiral Technologies family. An NGO member or an advocate also forms a part of this committee to ensure a completely unbiased approach.
Inspopper of the Year Award
Introduced in the year 2016, Inspopper of the Year (Female) award is given to a woman staff member each year, in recognition of her outstanding achievement in the year gone by. The winner takes home a 45K cash award!
Women’s Day Celebrations
We celebrate Women’s Day with great fanfare each year, and do every bit to make it a special day for our female staff.
We understand the close bond women share with their other halves and how Karwachauth stands out as festival to celebrate that beautiful relationship. Henna stalls are set up in the office where women can go and get some beautiful mehendi done on their hands!
A women-centric group that’s meant entirely for the female staff of Admiral Technologies, to help them share any kind of info they deem important and fit for their peer group. One can even share light entertaining matter, of course, adhering to the office code of conduct!
